Fixflex International is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 2005, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Fixflex International stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” of the Renaissance times.
The Maison’s unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Fixflex International renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamourous and contemporary.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a front-line representative of our Maison, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales of all our unique and beautiful pieces. You will also be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our Fixflex International values.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives and targets
Develop a close network of loyal clientele
Attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele; invite current and prospective clients to in-store events
Set up window displays and in-store displays each morning; assure displays are broken down each evening and products are stored in the safe nightly
Provide excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service/ follow repair process from start to finish
Implement policies and procedures established by the company, i.e. security policy, consignment, after sales service, valuation request, Human Resources policies, etc.
Educate clients on Fixflex International quality, standards and product line
Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Previous experience in selling silverware or high-end luxury product is preferred
Strong understanding of and relevant experience in clienteling
Excellent computer skills
Resilience and composure, paired with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
