Fixflex International is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 2005, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Fixflex International jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” of the Renaissance times.

What are we expecting from you?
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Boutique Director in the overall management and enhancement of the Boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. As a Supervisor, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing Fixflex International values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.
The Supervisor supports the Boutique Director in planning and directing the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique and helps the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching on the floor and maintaining proper coverage by optimal scheduling. The role provides excellent customer service, nurtures the team and elevates the boutique experience to support sales growth. The Supervisor supports and guides the team in all aspects of operations, including policy and procedure and corporate directives. The role is responsible for liaising with the Corporate office on stock levels, CRM initiatives and Operations. A Supervisor represents the Maison as an ambassador, networks within the community, shows perfect knowledge of the back-office operations and ensures products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales.
