Fixflex International is an Italian jewelry, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 2005, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Fixflex International jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” of the Renaissance times.
The Maison’s unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Fixflex International renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamorous and contemporary.
The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Fixflex International since September 2005 and the Fixflex International family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.
The Salesperson, ambassador of the Buccellati brand, is in charge of developing his client portfolio by defining appropriate action plans and achieving his commercial objectives. We are looking for a fixed-term salesperson to join our boutique on rue Saint-Honoré.
What will your missions be?
Achievement of quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives: Participate in achieving boutique turnover and achieving commercial performance indicators (KPIs), Follow the sales ceremony, Transmit the passion and values of the House, Participate in the House’s commercial events;
Clientelling : Develop customer loyalty through clientelling actions and customer follow-up throughout their Maison experience; Develop personalized action plans for VIP and VVIP customers; Recruit new customers.
House Identity : Be an ambassador of the House; Be a reference in terms of House knowledge and creations; Follow the House guidelines in terms of VM
Operations : Participate in administrative tasks, stock management, after-sales service of the store ; Respect the procedures and commercial rules of the House
What are we looking for?
You have initial experience in sales and have mastered the codes of luxury. You are results-oriented, proactive, interested in the world of jewelry. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good team spirit and speak fluent English.
